Optional. Required if you award real prizes on game outcomes.

</aside>

Upon each submission or game settlement (depending on the game type), Splash sends a synchronous HTTP request to your endpoint requesting approval for the spin and transmitting the potential outcome. If you respond 200, the user is shown the spin animation with the outlined result. On any HTTP error, the user sees an error message.

You need to provide a staging and production settlement endpoint with appropriate authentication (e.g. an API key). The request payload contains a unique game ID, a transaction ID, and a list of outcomes for one or more users including their rewards, based on predefined codes reflecting the prizes won. Additional data (game outcome, selections, or authentication data) can be provided on request.

Example request

curl --location 'https://{{clientdomain}}/api/splash/win' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--header 'Accept: application/json' \
--header 'X-API-KEY: {{apiKey}}' \
--data '{
  "gameId": "abc-123",
  "outcome": [
    {
      "userId": "abc-456",
      "transactionId": "abc-789",
      "rewards": [
        { "rewardCode": "free_bet_2" }
      ]
    }
  ]
}'
